Situated on the stunning waterfront, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the bay and mountains. the rooms, though small, are well-maintained and come with a fridge, French balcony, and air conditioning. the continental breakfast offers exotic teas and a salad bar for lunch adds special charm. the lobby has a large seating area with leather sofas, water, and coffee/tea, as well as free WiFi available upon request.
The service at this hotel is impersonal and somewhat disappointing.

Excellent view of the bay and mountains with a French balcony in the rooms. the hotel offers a good spread of breakfast and lunch, with a salad bar and choice of hot meals. the location is superb and offers easy access to nearby attractions.
The mattress makes a squeaky sound and the rooms are not very spacious. Water temperature in the shower is not easy to control and the service could be improved.

Great location with a nice view of the harbor & city center. Breakfast spread had a lot of variety to choose from.
Horrible service - staff was very inattentive and rude. The rooms were small and outdated with no amenities.
